Branch Out! ® Donation Program
	Help reduce bullying and violent behavior in your school or youth organization by requesting a donation of Cultivating Connections' unique educational program: Branch Out! You and your students will benefit from the best educational process for the personal growth and safety of each student. Branch Out! creates a climate of mutual respect and appreciation among school age kids, assists educators in their efforts to reduce school violence, and meets the increased demands on our schools systems to teach and develop social skills. To apply for a Branch Out! donation kit, which includes the Branch Out! game, curriculum, and training DVD, please complete the following application. Requests are reviewed quarterly by the Eppard Vision review committee, which makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for final approval. Quarterly submission deadlines are: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
